{"id":19,"date":"2026-06-10T09:37:18","date_gmt":"2026-06-10T09:37:18","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/hpu.ac.in\/ugchrdc\/?page_id=19"},"modified":"2026-06-16T06:30:36","modified_gmt":"2026-06-16T06:30:36","slug":"future-plans","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/hpu.ac.in\/ugc-hrdc\/future-plans\/","title":{"rendered":"Future Plans"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"inner-area\">\n<div class=\"table-responsive\">\n<p><strong>In the near future, the MMTTC proposes to:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00a0\u00a0Ensure quality improvement along with quantitative increase in the number of programmes.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0\u00a0Modernize training package incorporating the use of<strong>\u00a0LCD, Notebook, Networking, etc.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>\u00a0\u00a0Strive for achieving the status of\u00a0<strong>Nodal Centre<\/strong>\u00a0for training of both academic and non-academic staff of colleges\/universities.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Organize training programmes for\u00a0<strong>training of women in management\u00a0<\/strong>of higher education.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Increase the frequency of publishing its<strong>\u00a0journal &#8216;Academe&#8217;<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0<strong>Strengthen the infrastructure<\/strong>\u00a0particularly providing hostel facilities to the participants.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Bring out standardized instruments for monitoring and evaluation of the impact of\u00a0<strong>in-service training<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Collaborate with national and\u00a0<strong>international departments\/agencies\u00a0<\/strong>such as\u00a0<strong>government departments, NGOs, Ford Foundation, Common Wealth Secretariat<\/strong>, etc. for sharing expertise and resources for further improving the organizational excellence<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0\u00a0Work out the possibility of starting academic training course for the students who plan to adopt teaching career at<strong>\u00a0higher education level<\/strong>.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Conduct training programmes for all categories of non- teaching staff of the\u00a0<strong>universities\/colleges<\/strong>.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Organise short duration programme for\u00a0<strong>Deans, HoDs, Professors and Associate Professors.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Conduct training programme for research\u00a0<strong>scholars on research methodology.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul><\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>In the near future, the MMTTC proposes to:\u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0Ensure quality improvement along with quantitative increase in the number of programmes. \u00a0\u00a0Modernize training package incorporating the use of\u00a0LCD, Notebook, Networking, etc. \u00a0\u00a0Strive for achieving the status of\u00a0Nodal Centre\u00a0for training of both &hellip;
